Government extends FSI limits for private plots in Dharavi
As reported by the Indian Express, state government of Maharashtra has decided to amend the development control rules and provide an FSI of 4 to private plots in Dharavi slum which are not a part of Dharavi Redevelopment Project (DRP). The increased FSI limits are available on premium to those plot owners who intend to join the project. The prevailing FSI limit in the area is 1.33 as is the norm in the rest of the island city.
Haryana revised circle rates
The state government of Haryana has increased the circle rates within the state by 10-12 percent under routine hike. As reported by the Hindustan Time, after the revision which will be effective from 29th June onwards, the collector rates in DLF City would be increased from INR 19,000-21,000 to INR 21,000- 23,000 while in Sushant Lok it would increase from INR 18,500 – 19,000 per sq yard to INR 20,000 – 21,000 per sq yard.
