RETAILAditya Birla Retail Ltd to expand in southern region
As reported in The Hindu Business Line, Aditya Birla Retail Ltd (ABRL) is all set to expand in the southern region. According to Thomas Varghese, CEO of ABRL, the company has about 400 of the 642 supermarkets in the South and the plans are to increase this count by the end of this fiscal.
The company’s fifth hypermarket in the country is expected to be operational in Bangalore in the next week.
