Government allowed sharing of spaces in IT SEZs
As reported by Business Standard, the union commerce ministry has allowed developers of IT SEZs to lease same space to two companies on shift basis. However, companies operating from the same area would be given dedicated space to store their equipment like data servers. In another event, the ministry also released guidelines for a single - window clearance mechanism for IT SEZs.

Noida launched group housing society scheme
Noida Authority has launched scheme for group housing societies under which authority has offered two plots measuring 5903 sq mtr and 5430 sq mtr in Sector 56 and Sector 110 respectively. As reported by the Tribune, the scheme is only available to registered group housing societies. The last day for submission of application is 23rd June along with the registration fee of INR 2 crore.
