Milestone invested INR 100 crore in Godrej Properties
As reported in The Economic Times, private equity firm Milestone Real Estate Fund on October 5, 2009 said that it has invested INR 110 crore in a residential project of Godrej Properties at Kolkata. The percentage of stake is not revealed; only the total investment is disclosed by the equity firm.
According to Ved Prakash Arya, CEO and managing director of Milestone Group, the project would be a mid-income housing project and the equity firm has decided to partner with Godrej Properties by investing INR 110 crore. The project is in design and planning stage.
