Ozonegroup launched township in Chennai
As reported by the Financial Chronicle, Ozonegroup launched an integrated township ‘Metrozone’ at Anna Nagar in Chennai with an estimated cost of INR 2,500 crore. The township would be developed over 42 acres of land and would comprise residential apartments, penthouses and commercial space for hospitality, retail and offices.

PMC made water use plan compulsory for building permission
Pune Municipal Corporation has decided to make it compulsory for builders and developers to submit a water use plan along with building permission application to get approval. As reported by the Times of India the authority would allow construction only in cases when developer has a comprehensive water use plan.
