RBI- Real estate sector attracted over US$ 1 billion in 1Q2009
According to the data released by Reserve Bank of India on September 30th 2009, the real estate sector has attracted foreign direct investments (FDI) of over US$1 billion during the first quarter of the financial year. The sector has accounted for about 15.6 percent of the total US$6.8 billion FDI that flowed into country in the first quarter.
