The Property Valuation and Consultancy Department of Colliers International was established in 2001 to meet the requirements of our clients for professional property consultancy and advisory services. Our Division is at Our Clients’ service in Hungary and in Slovakia as well with widened staff, remarkable professional experiences and the support of the international network of Colliers.

Our department takes on the valuation of discrete properties and portfolios for various purposes as crediting, preparing company balance sheet, sale or purchase of property, facility management, sale of purchase of company, preparing feasibility studies and consultancy in the planning phase.
