Colliers International established a dedicated retail division in January 2000 in response to increased retail spending generating stronger demand for retail locations from local and international retailers alike. Colliers initially focusing on high street leasing and retailer tenant representation activities, working closely with our office in Vienna who is market leader in the retail segment in Austria. Activities have expanded to include Big Box retail leasing activity as well as sales and leaseback transactions.

Today our division is among the largest and strongest retail consultancies in Hungary. Our tenant representation instructions have taken us into the mid-sized and larger regional cities throughout  the Hungarian countryside to procure locations for our clients.
