As a result of the co-operation between Colliers International Hungary real estate agency and Millenia service company the project and property management division of Colliers International Hungary was founded in 2006. The business relationship between the two companies had already been very good, as they had previously conducted several successful projects together. Their strategic collaboration is the beginning of a co-operation that combines the extensive local experience of Millenia and the international background of Colliers in order to provide professional project and property management services for their clients.

Colliers International property management services covers the following activities:

• representation towards the tenants of the property
• continuous connection with the service providers and public service providers
• controlling and allocation of the public service invoices
• preparing for further invoicing
• administration of insurance
• continous connection with municipalities, regional and state authorities arranging the controls of the authorities, harmonising the service charges, preparing calculations
• organising developments and innovations
