Colliers “roots” began with the Industrial Division in 1957.  Since that time, the Industrial group has remained the building block of what we have proudly become.  Our Industrial professionals are unsurpassed in the Southeast Texas region in providing acquisition, disposition, sale/leaseback, build-to-suit and consulting services.  This encompasses flex/service centers, warehouse/distribution centers, fabricating facilities and barge and deep-water ship channel facilities.  Our Industrial team brings a combined 270 years of in-depth knowledge and experience to our clients.
