Construction on Beltway Lakes II, a Class A office building in Northwest Houston is now complete and Colliers International has been awarded the leasing assignment for the entire Beltway Lakes project, a 46-acre master-planned development at the intersection of Beltway 8 and Highway 249 in Northwest Houston. David L. Carter, SIOR, CCIM and Robert S. Parsley, SIOR will lead the leasing team in their efforts; they will be assisted by Chris Volke.
Beltway Lakes consists of two (2), six (6)-story Class A office buildings totaling 323,000 square feet. The office buildings have been Pre-Certified at the Gold Level under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core and Shell Green Building Rating System.
