Colliers International is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Pratt as Senior Vice President to our Office Division. Jim specializes in representing office and industrial tenants in Houston, and has represented a number of clients including Gallup Inc., Wood Mackenzie and Northrop Grumman Enterprise Management Services Corp., with their requirements throughout the United States. Prior to joining Colliers International, Jim was a Principal at NAI Houston where he worked for more than 24 years.
