David specializes in the areas of corporate representation, brokerage and investment sales. With over twenty years experience in commercial real estate, Carter has successfully represented a varied client base in lease transactions, build to suit, land acquisitions, building acquisitions, renovations and dispositions, joint ventures and partnership structures. A diverse professional background that began in the field of property management for all types of commercial property, including multi-family apartment projects, has provided Carter the knowledge and expertise to excel as one of the Houston’s top real estate professionals. Among his professional accomplishments, Carter has successfully closed investment sales transactions in excess of $200 million and leasing transactions in excess of 1,500,000 square feet.

David Carter has been recognized as a consistent top producer in commercial real estate since 1997 and has earned the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas, a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Finance from Sam Houston State University.
