Colliers International Announces Fluor Enterprises Office Lease

Houston, TX, January 16, 2009 – The Houston office of Colliers International is pleased to announce Fluor Enterprises, Inc. has leased 15,838 square feet at the Texas Citizens Bank Building located at 4949 Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena, Texas. Fluor Enterprises is a subsidiary of California‐based Fluor, a Fortune 500 company founded in 1912 offering engineering and construction services to clients across diverse industries. With its strong focus on global natural resources industries, Fluor has long held a major presence in Houston and other key regions of Texas.

Marshall Clinkscales, Principal of Colliers International in Houston represented the landlord, 4949 Fairmont Parkway, L.P. in the lease transaction, while the tenant was represented by Joseph Peddie, Richard Kaplan, and David Guion of Cushman & Wakefield. A project of John O. Harris Interest built in February 2008, the Class A Texas Citizens Bank Building’s location on Fairmont Parkway, between Preston Avenue and Sam Houston Parkway South, represents one of Pasadena’s busiest commercial thoroughfares with banks, restaurants, retail, medical facilities, and office buildings in the immediate vicinity.
