Telecommunications Company to Stay at 401-421 W. Crosstimbers St.

Global telecommunications company AT&T signed a lease renewal for 91,860 square feet at 401 - 421 W. Crosstimbers St. in Houston with the building's private landlord.

The 170,558-square-foot industrial building was built in 1979 in the Northwest Near Industrial submarket. It features four loading docks and a maximum ceiling height of 24 feet.

Walker Barnett of Colliers International represented the landlord. John Simons, Aaron Howes and Elliot Hirshfeld of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
