Established in 1987, The Care Group is a locally owned and managed provider of pediatric and geriatric home health services in Houston and surrounding areas. Walker Barnett, Senior Vice President of Colliers International in Houston and David R. David represented the landlord, Warehouse Associates, in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Randy Frnka of Great Southwest Brokerage Services. Completed in 2006, Corporate Centre Kirby offers superior building amenities, including 25-foot ceiling heights for tenants seeking office space with the flexibility for research and development (R&D) and/or light distribution requirements.
