2008 3Q Houston Multifamily Market Report
Houston’s multifamily market closed the third quarter with stable market indicators, albeit with some fluctuation on a year-over-year basis. Occupancy at 86.7% dipped from 87.9% at this time last year, but for the most part held steady since January 2008.
