Our local Houston office was founded in 1957 by Leslie L. Appelt and in 1994 joined Colliers International as a shareholder firm known as Colliers Appelt Womack, Incorporated. In 2000, our name changed to Colliers International to better reflect the evolution of our global breadth in commercial real estate services.
