Patrick completed a review of Tiremax’s holdings. He analyzed each site and developed a strategy for success. A plan was implemented that would unlock the hidden equity in two company-owned stores. Patrick structured a sale-leaseback investment package that allowed Tiremax to maintain control of the locations but also allowed the company to pull out a sizeable financial gain.

Through his extensive contacts, Patrick was able to find two Californian investors who acquired the sale-lease-back properties. The profit from these transactions allowed Tiremax to accelerate their growth plans.
