The team is active with the International Council of Shopping Centers and travels to the mainland regularly to see the new trends and developments in the industry. Locally, we are members of the Retail Merchants of Hawaii. We pride ourselves in knowing both the Landlord’s concerns and well as the tenants needs. With this information, we strive to create an environment where tenants want to be and where customers feel safe.

Many terms and conditions of the retail lease are unique to commercial real estate. Our property management team understands these provisions and many of them have obtained the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation.

We understand that the physical environment of a shopping center plays a critical role in the success of center.
