Colliers Appoints Clarence Shek as Head of the Division 

To further expand its services platform, Colliers appointed Clarence Shek as Director and Head of the Real Estate Management Services (REMS).  His primary task is to build the REMS team and establish Colliers Hong Kong as a leading property and asset manager.

Clarence has over 22 years of experience in property and facilities management services.  He is reputable in the industry for his highly customer-focused service and creative and cost-effective solutions in enhancing the value of clients' property assets.  Clarence has extensive experience in managing different types of properties including high-class residential properties, Grade A office buildings, commercial complexes, industrial developments and other facilities.  He specialises in serving corporate and institutional clients.

Prior to joining Colliers, Clarence was the Director of Business Development of ISS Facility Services Limited.  He was responsible for developing the property and facilities management business for the company.  Being a senior executive, he was actively involved in business strategic planning and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.  Notable transactions include British Consulate General and British Council Developments, Cyberport, Lingnan University, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks, AIG Tower, 100 Queen's Road Central.
