Compuware wanted to save costs and appointed Colliers to conduct a renewal vs relocation exercise. At that time, they were located in Lincoln House in Quarry Bay.
Challenges
Compuware wished to reduce their office space area and were looking for substantial savings at the same time.
Compuware had to cover significant costs of reinstatement and renovation costs if they were to move.
Colliers provided Compuware with 10 options, which were consequently short-listed to 2.
Results
Compuware moved to Cyberport (14,000 sq ft) and saved a substantial 60% from the existing rental
Their new lease was for 6-years including a cash contribution for fit-out.
