Nicholas R. Morizio, SIOR, CRE,  brokered the lease of Phase I of the ARGO Center located at 550 Wilbur Cross Parkway in Berlin, CT. ABC Supply has signed a long-term 65,000+/- square foot lease for their wholesale distribution operations.

Elizabeth D. Godbout, managing member of Ridgeview Berlin LLC, has expressed appreciation to the Town of Berlin for their guidance and support in the development of the Phase I. Leasing availability has commenced for the future multi-phase industrial/retail development, which is well situated within convenient proximity to the Route 9/I-91 corridor. Phase 2 consists of three retail/industrial pad sites located directly on the Berlin Turnpike (Rt.5/15).  Phase 3 will include an 84,000 square foot retail building. Both phases are available on a ground lease, sale, or build-to-suit basis. Ridgeview Berlin LLC is currently in talks with parties who are interested in build to suit or ground lease.
