Abbeville
Colliers Keenan marketed the Abbeville property to a wide range of developers and investors. The property was under contract for full asking price within 45 days. Due diligence had numerous issues to be resolved, but the transaction closed on December 20, 2005, less than five months after listing with Colliers Keenan.
Anderson
The Anderson tract was under contract within 30 days within 3% of the asking price. No complications developed during the due diligence period and the closing was completed on time with no problems for the owner.
