Colliers PropertyPartners was founded in 2000 as PropertyPartners Immobiliennetzwerk Deutschland. The association comprises solely local leading, independent property consultants. The members are as follows: Geske Immobilien GmbH, Berlin, Trombello Kölbel Immobilienconsulting GmbH, Düsseldorf, Schön & Lopez Schmitt GmbH, Frankfurt, Grossmann & Berger GmbH, Hamburg, Immobilien-Kontor Schauer & Schöll GmbH, Munich and Bräutigam & Krämer GmbH & Co. KG, Stuttgart. Colliers PropertyPartners achieved transaction volumes of approximately 870 million euros in 2004 in addition to a leasing volume of approximately 390,000 square metres. Since 1^st of June 2005 PropertyPartners is the German Partner of Colliers International. The global partnership of independently owned commercial real estate firms spans the world in currently 248 offices in 51 countries.
