Nathan Sheppard is the newest addition to Colliers Arnold's Southwest Florida Retail Team, one of the strongest retail groups in the Southeast United States.

Sheppard joins the team of Karen Johnson-Crowther, Charlene Greenblatt, Lindsey Schmoyer, and Salli Jones-Doyon where he will specialize in retail landlord and tenant representation. The Southwest Florida group is part of the Colliers International retail team which represents more than 8 million square feet of retail space and more than 70 retailers.

Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, Sheppard worked with Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard as a retail leasing and sales associate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Florida Association of Realtors, Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, National Association of Realtors, and the Rotary Club. Sheppard is also a Certified New Home Construction Specialist (CPS).
