Colliers Arnold reports steady activity during the month of November with 54 closed transactions. A total of 193,716 square feet of commercial lease transactions were recorded, and sale transactions totaled 30,883 square feet. Sales of vacant commercial land increased with 15 acres of land transactions closed. Following are some of the transactions that took place.
 
Tampa
  
Leases:
  • Ostler International Inc. leased 25,712 square feet of industrial space in New Tampa Commerce Center located at 11441 US Highway 301 North in Thonotosassa from CLW Real Estate Services Group.
