Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services reports the following closed sale and lease transactions.

 

Tampa 

Sales:

  • Rockefeller Group Development Corporation purchased 113 acres of land near I-4 in the city of Lakeland from Amico Holdings.  The site is located at the former USA International Speedway midway between Tampa and Orlando.  Edward Miller, CCIM and Dolores Seymour, MCR, CCIM, SIOR of Colliers Arnold represented the Rockefeller Group in the transaction. 
  • BLB Restaurants, LLC – Zaxby’s bought .96 acres of land parcel in Plant City located at James Redman Parkway & Charlie Griffin Road from Buckley Properties. Ben McLeish of Colliers Arnold represented the seller.  Nobel Real Estate Services represented the buyer.

Leases:

  • Best Buy leased 30,183 square feet of retail space in Nature Coast Commons located at US Highway 19 and Spring Hill Drive in Spring Hill from Opus South Corporation.  Jim Kovacs, Lisa McCaffrey, and Karen Johnson-Crowther of Colliers Arnold represented the landlord. Michael Chadwick of The Shopping Center Group, LLC represented the tenant.
  • Roadsafe Traffic Systems leased 12,800 square feet of industrial space located at 6015 US Highway 301 in Tampa, from Snyder Brothers, Inc.  Bob Sampson of Colliers Arnold represented the tenant. Trey Carswell of Lane Witherspoon Carswell represented the landlord.
  • Westrope & Associates leased 5,702 square feet of office space at 510 Vonderburg Drive in Brandon from Vondenberg Properties, Inc.  Claire Calzon of Colliers Arnold represented the tenant.Garritt Bader of Hunt Douglas Real Estate represented the landlord.
  • Williams Ristoff & Proper PLC leased 3,964 square feet of office space at 4526 US 19 North in New Port Richey from Gramercy Capital.  James Stuckey, MCR, of Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.
  • Andrews & Manno P.A.  leased 3,111 square feet of office space in Colonial Place I located at 4350 W. Cypress Street in Tampa, from Colonial Properties Trust. Mary Clare Codd of Colliers Arnold represented the tenant. Clay Wommack of Colonial Properties Trust represented the landlord.
  • Verizon Wireless leased 4,000 square feet of retail space in Palm Harbor located at US 19 and Nebraska Avenue from Fred Fleming’s Famous Bar-B-Que. Garret Williams and Lisa McCaffrey of Colliers Arnold represented the landlord. Blake Hunter of The Staubach Company represented the tenant.
  • Vision Imaging leased 27,500 square feet of industrial space at 5513 Pioneer Park Blvd. in Tampa from Masonite Corporation. Mark McKell of Colliers Arnold represented the tenant. James Paladino of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
  • Preferred Materials, Inc. leased 9,688 square feet of office space at Oakview Center located at 13101 Telecom Drive in Temple Terrace from Glenborough Realty Trust Incorporated.  Jeff Tolrud of Colliers Arnold represented the landlord. Lee Winter of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

Clearwater  

Sales:

  • Mahaffey Apartment Company purchased a 8,688 square feet office condo at Signature Place Office Condominiums located at 147 2nd Ave. in St. Petersburg from Gulf Atlantic Communities. Alan Feldshue of Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.
  • Gayheart Pharmaceutical, Inc. purchased the 7,000 square feet industrial facility located at 11655 54th St. N. in Clearwater from Eidschun Engineering, Inc.  James Bottone of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller.  Pat Marzulli, CCIM, SIOR of Colliers Arnold represented the buyer.
  • Anderen Bank of Tampa Bay, Inc. purchased the 3,130 square feet retail building located at 2514 W. Kennedy Blvd. in Tampa from JBC Real Estate Holdings, LLC. Amy Bertran of the Mahr Company represented the seller. Christopher Leonard, CCIM of Colliers Arnold represented the buyer.

Leases:

  • Med Dispense leased 4,489 square feet of office space at 580 Corporate Center located at 4025 Tampa Road in Oldsmar from KTR Capital Partners, LLC. Alan Feldshue of Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.

Sales:

  • Janny Titan, LLC purchased the 1,800 square feet of office space located at 10831 Sunset Plaza Circle in Fort Myers.  Jim Garinger, CCIM, SIOR and Andrew Falde represented the seller.  Cathy Shields of Royal Shell Realty represented the buyer.

  • Tortoise and the Hair leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Park Meadows Plaza North located at 1941 Park Meadows Drive in Fort Myers from C. Allen Colley.  William Mankin of Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.
  • Regis Hair Salon leased 1,050 square feet of retail space at Price Crossing located at Toledo Blade Blvd. and Price Blvd. in North Port from Shoppes at Price Crossing.  Heather Lannon of RMC Property Group represented the landlord.  Karen Johnson-Crowther and Lindsey Schmoyer of Colliers Arnold represented the tenant.
  • Regis Hair Salon leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at Paradise Shoppes located at U.S. Hwy 41 and Del Prado Blvd. in N.   • Ragain Financial, Inc. leased 1,600 square feet of industrial space in Metro Industrial Plaza located at 12155 Metro Parkway in Fort Myers from Daniel Wall.  Karen Johnson-Crowther and Lindsey Schmoyer of Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.
  • Small Wonders leased 900 square feet of retail space in Bealls Plaza located at 1209 N. Homestead Road in Lehigh Acres from Shiva Management, Inc.  Karen Johnson-Crowther and Lindsey Schmoyer of Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.
  • Caring Hands leased 2,000 square feet of office space in Park East Plaza located at 5274 Golden Gate Parkway in Naples from K. Srinivasan.  Karen Johnson-Crowther and Lindsey Schmoyer of Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction.
  • Subway leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Colonial Plaza located at Colonial Boulevard and Six Mile Cypress Parkway from United Growth, LLC/WL & Associates Realty Advisors.  Karen Johnson-Crowther and Lindsey Schmoyer of Colliers Arnold brokered the transaction. 

Central Florida 

Sales:  

  • FedEx Freight East, Inc. bought 1.1 acres of land on Atlantic Avenue in Orlando from Airport Distribution Center Property Owners’ Association. Matt Sullivan, CCIM and Wilson McDowell of Colliers Arnold represented the seller.

Leases:

  • Pesca Lakeside, Inc. leased 6,847 square feet of retail space located at 431 E. Central Blvd. in Orlando from Post Apartment Homes, LP. Scott Corbin and Stan Sarnowski of Colliers Arnold represented the landlord.
  • Landscape Resources, Inc. leased 9,450 square feet of industrial space located at 2169 N Forsyth Road in Orlando from TruGreen Landcare LLC.  Forrest Askew, III of Colliers Arnold represented the landlord. James Ferrell of Ferrell Wealth Management, Inc. represented the tenant.

  • Humana Marketpoint, Inc. leased 3,250 square feet of retail space at Lake Clavert Square located at 12100 E.
