But because the world is such a large and often complex place, it has been divided into regions for the purposes of administration, organization and business development within Colliers International.

Colliers Europe, Middle East & Africa Region (EMEA) now covers almost all European countries, as well as an increasing number of operations in the Middle East and a long established operation in southern Africa.

Through more than 80 offices across the region - where the majority of in some cases all of the staff and managers have been recruited locally - Colliers' affiliates are operating in almost all of western, central and eastern Europe. The offices in Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and South Africa also provide a wide range of professional real estate services in these and neighbouring territories.
