Over the past several years, Colliers has worked with Timberline as their business has grown and handled several leases on their behalf. Saddled with a bankruptcy and forced to rejuvenate their business model, Colliers helped Timberline identify a cost effective location in the Northeast Denver that allowed the Tenant to keep the lease term relatively short. In 2006, Colliers assisted Timberline in the consolidation of three (3) facilities into a newer, Class A, distribution facility consisting of over 112,000 Sq. Ft. and was able to negotiate a phase occupancy scenario as the other leases expired over time.
