Results

Colliers successfully consolidated Raytheon Company’s Denver Metropolitan area facilities into one 385,000 square foot, three building campus at an overall savings to the bottom line.  Additionally, Raytheon with the help of architectural services recommended by Colliers was able to create a new work environment standard including meeting/brainstorming areas, open floorplans, dining services and health facilities.

Colliers also represented Raytheon Polar Services in the Acquisition of a new 72,000 sq. ft. facility in southeast Denver.  The unique part of this assignment was the need for a highly specialized infrastructure as well as an R&D and warehousing component.  Colliers was able to identify a property that met our requirements and had recently had a tenant vacate because of bankruptcy.  By identifying the best property and understanding the Landlord’s need to mitigate his damages due to the defunct prior tenant, Colliers was able to successfully negotiate a favorable ten year term while saving Raytheon in excess of $3,000,000.00 because of existing infrastructure that is being reused by Raytheon.
