In December of 1997, Colliers was hired to lease and manage The Quorum @ DTC, a 125,000 RSF, class “B” office property located in the prestigious Denver Technological Center.
Colliers has successfully increased occupancy to a sustained level of over 95% and increased lease rates by over 20%. These results have been achieved through the implementation of our ongoing marketing plan and continued involvement in all renewals and expansions.
