In June 2007, Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc.  represented Lady Fitness Properties, LLC in the sale of the Lone Tree Town Centre, a 14,808 square foot fully leased retail building with a tenant mix including Cheesy Janes, Lady Fitness and Core Power Yoga.  The property located in Lone Tree, Colorado, was purchased by Park Meadows 7, LLC.
