Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc. represented the Selling entity in the sale of a 265,000 square foot industrial building to Furniture Row Inc.  Colliers also coordinated an extensive renovation and modernization of the property.

The former J.C. Penneys Regional Distribution Center was sold with an adjacent 8 acre land parcel for immediate use and future development of the excess land.
