Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc. represented Enerplus Resources Fund in locating and leasing 23,000 square feet of office space for its United States Headquarters.
Enerplus Resources Fund is Canada's oldest and one of North America's largest conventional oil and natural gas income funds valued over $4B.
The American headquarters office opened in Denver in February 2006, and is located at the Wells Fargo Center.
Enerplus intends on expanding its North American division by acquiring additional US energy companies.
