In December of 2001, Colliers was hired by Charles Schwab & Company to lease over 180,000 square feet of space in the central Denver Metropolitan Area.  Over the course of the first year of the assignment, Colliers has successfully leased over 120,824 square feet and outperformed the competition by a considerable margin. 

During this period the submarket had negative absorption of 296,000 RSF. 

Colliers currently has lease documents being negotiated for an additional 21,623 square feet.
