In February 2006, Fort Collins Prospects Ventures, LLC engaged the services of the Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc.’s Industrial team in the purchase of a 47,643 Sq. Ft. single-tenant industrial building located at 2330 E. Prospect Road, Fort Collins, Colorado.

At the time of purchase, the investment building was 100% occupied while the average occupancy rate in the submarket was 91%.

The property was purchased for $4,195,000 at a cap rate of 8.3%. 

The transaction was handled by Geoffrey E. Kreusser and Tim Shay.
