Colliers In July 2009, Robert Whittelsey and Jason Sheehy of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc. represented the Black Hills Corporation in a lease transaction at 1515 Wynkoop Street, Denver, Colorado.  The Colliers team negotiated a 126 month lease term of 47,042 square feet of office space.  The lease met the following objectives of Black Hills Corporation:
