In November 2006, Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc. once again represented Interface Properties, Inc. in the acquisition of yet another retail development parcel located at 8th Avenue and Bromley Lane in Brighton, Colorado. 

This 10+ acre property will be developed into a retail center offering the community the much needed personal and professional services, as well as various restaurants.  The Retail Services Group of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc. will participate in the leasing efforts and continue to represent Interface Properties.
