Colliers was asked by PRC, a leading provider of third party call center services, to identify a Denver location after several of their buildings in Florida were damaged by hurricanes. Colliers identified 71,693 Sq. Ft. as the ideal plug-and-play option in Panorama Park and negotiated a lease with Carr America while they were being acquired by Blackstone. As this facility was filled faster than projected, Colliers was again given the task of identifying another plug-and-play option in the Colorado Springs market. A 96,334 Sq. Ft. building was identified but the building was in foreclosure.
Colliers was able to negotiate a lease and ensure the tenant improvement allowance would not be in jeopardy as part of the foreclosure from initial search to occupancy in less than three (3) months. As part of Colliers depth in other markets, we are also assisting PRC on a pending 70,000 Sq. Ft. lease in Dallas.
