In March 2006, Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc. represented Interface Properties, Inc. in the acquisition of 199 Inverness Drive West in Englewood, Colorado.
This 7.424 acre property, located at the northeast corner of I-25 and County Line Road near Park Meadows, is now being developed into a mixed-use of hospitality and retail.
In March 2007, Colliers B&K once again represented Interface Properties, Inc. in the resale of 3 acres out of the 7.424 acres of the property. The buyer, Arapahoe Hospitality, LLC, who acquired the land for $2,326,561, is planning to utilize it for a 113-room Hilton Homewood Suites.
Interface Properties has retained 4.424 acres for future development opportunities. The Retail Services Group of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc. will be responsible for the retail leasing of the remaining acres.
