In June 2007, the Colliers team collaborated on identifying an urgent requirement for a client in need of space with the ability to grow on a longer term basis. 123,300 square feet at I-25 Corporate Center, 500 East 76th Avenue, was leased to Unified Packaging in a deal which took one week to complete. 

The transaction brought I-25 Corporate Center to 100% Occupancy.
