In 2004, the Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler team was appointed the exclusive leasing agent for 5200 DTC Parkway, a 46,000 square foot building located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center
In less than 16 months, Jeff Laforte and Robert Pipkin procured ten new tenants representing over 25,000 square feet of space and brought the building to a 100% occupancy rate.
In October 2007, the same team of office brokers facilitated a sales transaction for 5200 DTC Parkway, between 5200 DTC Parkway Realty Investments, LLC, the seller, and Madison Realty Investors, the buyer.
