The Procter & Gamble Company manufactures and markets a broad range of consumer products in many countries throughout the world.  The Company’s products fall into five business segments:  Fabric and Home Care, Paper, Beauty Care, Health Care, and Food and Beverage.  Laundry and Cleaning products include dish care, fabric conditioners, hard surface cleaners and laundry.

The Real Estate Department at P&G selected Colliers Turley Martin Tucker as their exclusive service partner to provide Transaction Management for North America and Global Portfolio Management for all of their office and industrial properties.

After reviewing numerous proposals offered by both software suppliers and real estate service providers, P&G decided that CTMT’s proprietary REflex platform combined with our track record in the Corporate Real Estate Services arena, provided the single-source partner they were looking for.

Today P&G’s team of 15 real estate managers use a completely customized version of REflex that supports the real estate requirements of 25 different Business Units with a combined total of over 90 million square feet of real estate in 72 countries.  The REflex system enables the P&G/CTMT team to identify key dates, responsibilities, performance measures and expenses as well as develop customized reports for the various business units who depend upon those P&G real estate managers to enhance their decision making processing.  REflex is a web-based tool that allows P&G and CTMT personnel to collaborate from different locations anywhere in the world to view activity and tract projects as they progress.

Currently, a team of six CTMT professionals exclusively handle all of P&G’s transaction needs in North America and, with their Colliers’ partners, leasing and sales in all of the Pacific Rim and most of South America.  CTMT provides Portfolio Administration for all P&G locations across the globe and our proprietary software bridges all facility data and activity from paying rent to benchmarking operating expenses.  Additionally, CTMT provides continuous database support and system enhancements.
