Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers today announced that it arranged the sale of Tysons Dulles Plaza, a three building office complex totaling 482,000 square feet located at 1410, 1420 and 1430 Spring Hill Road in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Paul Collins, Bill Collins, Drew Flood and James Cassidy of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented the seller, Vornado Realty Trust. The buildings sold for approximately $152.8 million.

Tysons Dulles Plaza is a Class A office complex consisting of three office towers directly on the Dulles Toll Road offering prominent visibility and excellent access. Constructed of the highest quality materials, the buildings feature efficient designs, towering six-story atrium lobbies, extensive window lines and balconies. Currently 92 percent leased, the location provides tenants with vehicular access to the Dulles Toll Road, I-495, I-66 and Route 7 via Spring Hill Road and Leesburg Pike.
