Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers today announced that it has added two new brokers to its suburban Maryland leasing team. Jim Clark has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Matt Sullivan has joined as Vice President.

Mr. Clark has over 24 years of sales and leasing experience in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Most recently, he was the Principal of M. L. Clark Real Estate, a family business, providing sales, leasing, and site acquisition services for the company’s industrial, commercial, multi-family and development clients. Prior to joining M.L. Clark in 2003, Mr. Clark served as Executive Vice President for Tishman Real Estate Services’ Mid-Atlantic office. There he brought his real estate expertise to their expansion plans by pursuing new business opportunities in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and establishing and managing the new office. Before joining Tishman in 1998, Mr. Clark was Director of Brokerage at HBW Group and closed the highest annual sales and leasing volume during all five years of his tenure there.
Mr. Clark is a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR)—including its Million Dollar Sales and Leasing Club—the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Catholic Business Network of Montgomery County. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland after completing Gonzaga College High School.
Mr. Sullivan has over 13 years of real estate experience in the DC region. Most recently, he was an Associate Broker at M.L. Clark, providing sales, leasing, and site acquisition services. Prior to joining M. L. Clark in 2003, Mr. Sullivan was the Director of Sales for AI Direct Connection, which provided appraisal services and technology to national banks and lending institutions.
Mr. Sullivan earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Delaware. He is an active member of GWCAR and NAIOP.
