Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers today announced that it has been selected by The Johns Hopkins University to provide facilities management services for 1619, 1717 and 1740 Massachusetts Avenue, NW—247,199 square feet primarily dedicated to classrooms in Washington, DC. William A. Grillo, CPM, RPA and Benjamin A. Comm, CPM of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers will oversee the facilities management services for the properties.

Mr. Grillo, Managing Director of Property Management, commented, “We are extremely pleased to renew our relationship with Johns Hopkins. This is our first assignment with Hopkins in the DC market.” Mr. Grillo added, “We look forward to working with them to enhance the classroom environment for their students and professors.”

The properties, owned by Johns Hopkins University, are all situated on Massachusetts Avenue, just southeast of Dupont Circle.
