Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers today announced that it has been selected to provide property management services for 2325 Dulles Corner Boulevard—a 225,115 square foot, 11-story, Class A office building in Herndon, Virginia. William A. Grillo, CPM, RPA and Benjamin A. Comm, CPM of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers will oversee property management for the building.

The property, owned by a German institutional investor, is situated at the intersection of the Dulles Toll Road and Route 28 and less than one mile from Dulles International Airport, giving it easy access to I-495, I-395 and I-66. Dulles Corner Gateway features large column-free floorplates and a two-story lobby.
