Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers today announced that the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell has signed an 11-year, 20,407 square foot lease for the 12th floor of the McPherson Building—a 12-story office building located on the east side of the Central Business District in Washington, DC. Bobby Schwartz and Eli Barnes of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented the owner, ING Real Estate, in this transaction. Gary Stein of CRESA Partners represented Davis Polk & Wardwell.
