Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers Hires Dale Martin, AIA

Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers today announced that Dale Martin has joined the company as a Managing Director of the company’s Project and Development Services Group. Mr. Martin specializes in the management of law firm strategic planning and building and tenant construction.

Mr. Martin has more than 23 years of commercial real estate project management experience in DC. He most recently served for three years as Managing Director of Project Management for CB Richard Ellis in Washington, DC. Prior to this, he spent 20 years in project management at Trammell Crow Company.

  • Fulbright & Jaworski (121,000 sf), Washington, DC
  • Jones Day (340,000 sf), Washington, DC
  • Miller & Chevalier (118,000 sf), Washington, DC
  • Patton Boggs (190,000 sf), Washington, DC

Other notable projects Mr. Martin has completed include major building renovations and tenant build-outs for Pew Charitable Trusts and the American College of Cardiology, both in Washington, DC.

A registered architect since 1982, Mr. Martin is a past president of the Washington Building Congress and is on the Building Code Advisory Committee of the District of Columbia. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
